SACRED SEASON COACHING

What we publish

The Journal and My Pantry offer approachable education and reflection about everyday well-being. Articles aim to answer a useful question, explain practical options, and state relevant limits. Personal reflection is kept separate from health evidence.

Sources and review

Health-related statements should link to reputable primary or public-health sources where appropriate. A source link does not mean that organization endorses Sacred Season Coaching. A clinical reviewer is credited only when that person actually reviewed the material. Articles without a named clinical reviewer should not be treated as clinically reviewed guidance.

Authorship and assisted drafting

Content may be developed with AI-assisted drafting and editing. Sacred Season Coaching is responsible for deciding what is published and for checking accuracy, tone, and permissions. We do not invent credentials, client experiences, or product endorsements. Article dates indicate publication or a substantive update, rather than a claim that every linked source was newly published.

Images

The supplied portrait of Stella is used as a real brand photograph. Supporting still-life, landscape, and lifestyle images may be AI-generated. This use is disclosed in the sitewide footer and explained here. Generated people are not presented as Stella or as actual clients. Original source assets are retained separately from optimized website copies.

Corrections and commercial relationships

To report an error, use the contact form and include the article link and the specific concern. Material corrections should be reflected in the article. Affiliate, sponsored, or gifted relationships must be disclosed where a recommendation appears. See the affiliate disclosure.
