Dear Stella,

Thank you for allowing me to open up and share deeply personal things and feel safe, understood, and supported. Thank you for the time you took to listen in such detail. You truly went above and beyond the call of duty, and then some.

When I spoke with you last month, I sensed such peace, light, wisdom, and sisterhood from you. Your words, both then and in your follow-up email, really touched me. The links you provided for further information and understanding are very much appreciated.

Thank you, too, for reminding me of the importance of honoring ourselves, listening intently to our bodies, and appreciating ourselves for showing up and putting in the work. The setbacks, the progress, the learning curves, the “growing pains”—these are all part of what makes us who we are and forges us further along our personal journeys and purpose in life.

We don’t always realize, especially when we are on the run or in “autopilot mode,” just how amazing, resilient, flexible, strong, and capable we are, both physically and mentally.

It’s important—and something I am still learning to be more mindful about—that we also step back from the hustle and noise and allow ourselves moments of respite to recharge. We can congratulate ourselves for as much or as little as we have accomplished, and for how far we have come.

I am truly grateful that our paths met once again. I will certainly be recommending you to other women. We need more of this wholesome mind, body, and soul wellness in this present day and age.

Sending you love and light,
